General Spa Policies and Ettiquette
Cancellations
When cancelling or rescheduling a reservation, please allow 24 hour notice for single appointments, 48 hour notice for Spa packages and a 1 week notice for Spa Parties. Reservations cancelled without adequate notice are due in full.
Return Policy
Products not opened can be returned within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. Products opened are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates
Gift Cetificates are exchangeable for any services & products. They are non-refundable for money.
Children
For relaxation of all Spa clients, children and infants cannot accompany their parents who are receiving Spa treatments. Children need their parents to accompany them when they are having their sevices done.
Cell phones
To permit a quiet and rejuvenating pa ambiance we request that you kindly turn off your phones during your visit.
